I LOVE food. And if I had it my way, I would choose to live in a world where I never got full. But after years of personal training and drastically changing dozens of bodies, I know that you have to eat the proper foods for the physique and
performance you desire.
This is my inspiration behind co-creating Physique Foods: to provide delicious, ready-to-eat meals for clients that make them lean, feel great and look better naked.

I used to be a professional baker. And not at all a fitness guru. But sometimes, life leads you to your calling. And the desire to get fit and get strong brought me to mine. Years later, I’m the co-creator of Physique Foods, where my experience as an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on Women's Health and Fitness can help you get the results you desire.
My nutritional education centers directly on the specific needs of females in all phases of their lives. I’m passionate about guiding women toward body awareness, improvement and empowerment with an easy-to-grasp, no-nonsense approach. My goal is to bring long-lasting nutritional changes to your life!![]()

I’m known as Physique Foods’ Flavor Ninja. But my love of cuisine began long ago, growing up in McAllen, Texas. As a kid, I would watch my grandmother cook using whole product, which she raised, harvested and preserved naturally.
My formal culinary education began at San Francisco’s California Culinary Academy and led me to an externship at Cafe Annie in Houston. There, I was influenced by clean, strong flavors that showcase local ingredients.
After moving to Austin, I worked at Central Market Westgate as executive sous chef, followed by Oakville Grocery as executive chef and general manager. My work has been recently recognized by Virginia Wood of the Austin Chronicle, where I was named the 2009’s Critic’s Choice for Soup Wizardry.
